A bad week

Well, I have my one month weigh in this afternoon and I picked a bad week to cheat. I have 6 slices of pizza over 2 days and two mcdonalds burgers. Haven't decided if I am going to reveal that to my coach. Also this family function had no vegetables so I had a rice and noodles. I was good and had no sweets but it was tempting. As a result I have flatlined this week. No loss but also no go gain.
Family function went well, had no comments either way on my weight though. Usually have negative comments so I guess that is a good thing.

I am looking forward to this weigh in because they do a total body scan with water weight and fat content, so I can see where the progress is being made. I have noticed a difference in my belt notches, down almost two full notches. And I tried on my dancing shoes and they feel more comfortable than a few months ago. I also tried skipping today and was able to do so. I couldn't skip before so I guess that is also a good sign. I just wonder if my old clothes from a few years will fit.  I checked over my logs and I am less than 4 years ago instead of 3 years ago as I previously stated.

I literally just tried on a pair of pants from about 10 years ago and man I still have a long long way to go. It is amazing how we can pack on the weight without realizing it.

One step at a time.

Peace out and good luck to me.

Moving along

Well I am 3 weeks into the program. At my three week check in I was down 18 pounds. Lost 10 in first week but been consistent for next two weeks. At this rate we are looking at 20 pounds a month which you gotta believe is pretty good. The nice thing about the program is that it has 4 phases to it so once I drop the pounds I can start building the body back up . It also gives me a break down of water weight vs fat and muscle.  I am excited to see my breakdown next week to see if my body fat has dropped at all.
I have dropped at least one belt notch thus far but the big test will be when I go to a family function tomorrow night. I know I am the lightest I have been in three years but still a lot of work to do.

One step at a time. Just gotta keep that darn pizza out of the house.
