Time for a quick update.
It has been an up and down process over past year.
Was down as low as 230 but got greedy and wanted to start working out, so I moved out of phase 1 and 2. Unfortunately , the increase of carbs happened but the work outs were not consistent.
Bottom line, I have slowly moved back up to the 250 mark and even crossed it.
Have to get back on track !!!
