Skipped the elipitical on New Years Eve. Managed to go for 10 minutes today ( had to take break in the middle but still did it). Day three of detox, havent noticed any big changes, except taking all these supplements reminds me of when I watch a UFC all access on the polish experience and saw him take handfuls at a time, so I guess it cant be all bad.
Measures stomach a couple weeks ago and it was 134 cm, today it was 131 cm so making progress.
